Pinesong is a Metlifecare Retirement Village located at 66 Avonleigh Road, Green Bay, Auckland.
Our Retirement Village Coffee Mornings
We have previously enjoyed coffee mornings at Waitakere Gardens (July 2021), Selwyn Village (April 2023) and Orion Point (September 2024). These events have been well attended, thoroughly enjoyable and very memorable. We look forward to another such occasion at Pinesong.
Guided Tour
As with our previous coffee mornings, a guided tour of the village facilities will be available. This is entirely optional — please join only if you wish to.
Parking
There is limited on-site parking to the left of the entrance and around towards the bowling green, though availability cannot be guaranteed. Alternatively, there is ample kerbside parking on Avonleigh Road outside the gate, and it is only a short walk to the Seabreeze Building.
Finding the Café
The village café is located on the first floor of the Seabreeze Building. Staff at reception will be aware of our visit and happy to direct you.
A Stress-Free Peek Behind the Gates
Three of our members call Pinesong home — a testament to the village’s appeal, as choosing a retirement village involves careful research and consideration. Attending a coffee morning like this is, in many ways, preferable to an open day. There’s no sales pressure and no sense of obligation if purchasing an apartment or villa isn’t on your agenda.
