Enjoy the conviviality of new friends and acquaintances at meetings in the New Lynn Friendship Hall, 3063 Great North Road, second Friday of the month 10.00 am - 12.00 noon.
Use your Gold Card for free train and ferry trips with club members to places such as Devonport's Naval Museum, Oneroa's The Local on Waiheke Island and Pepperjack's Restraurant at Pine Harbour.
Go to our coffee mornings, casual lunches, mid-winter and Christmas lunch. Past venues include Jamie's Cafe, Denny's, Bricklane, The Sugar Grill, Y-Not Restaurant, Swanson RSA.
The Friendship Hall is located at 3063 Great Nth Rd (down ROW opp. McCrae Way) Ample off-street parking. Also accessible from Mcnaughton Way.
No joining fee. Annual membership subscription $30. Wives/partners welcome to all events & trips. Visitors always welcome (no charge).
Format is an update on club activities; morning tea, coffee and biscuits; followed by an invited guest speaker (10.00 a.m. - 12.00 noon).
It is a short walk via McCrae Way from the New Lynn Transport Centre to the Friendship Hall.
Payments for everything except trips e.g. subscriptions and mid-winter lunch, can be made by direct credit to the club's bank account. The bank account for trips is 12 3232 0318628 00
